6. What should I do if I forget my password?
In case you forget your password, click on ‘forgot password’ tab. Enter your login
ID in the box that will pop-up. And a new password will be generated and sent to
your email address (provided by you in the membership form).
7. How to redeem points after having accumulated?
Member can redeem their points after accumulating a minimum of 1000 points. On such
accumulation, a ‘redeem now’ option will pop-up automatically. And as the member
clicks on the window, a request is sent to the webmaster who will then provide the
redemption option
8. How often are redemption points credited to my account?
Redemption points will be credited to your account every day on your first log in.
Also, you will earn redemption points as and when you perform certain activities.

To change profile, click on ‘Profile’ section on top right corner. After making
the changes, click on ‘Save’ to update the changes
10. Is there a scope to invitation my colleagues to be a member of the portal? Do
I get any benefits for the same?
Yes, you can definitely send an on-line invitation to your colleague (from the Neurology,
Psychiatry, Cardiology, Diabetology/ Endocrinology specialty). On successful acceptance
of such invitation, you get 100 redemption points.
